Susman Godfrey Receives Highest Customer Satisfaction Rating in Oil and Gas Industry by EnergyPoint Research, Inc.
EnergyPoint Research, Inc. conducted their first-ever customer satisfaction survey focusing on outside legal services to the oil and gas industry. The survey is based on opinions collected through 359 evaluations completed from October 2005 through March 2007 by 125 respondents at 112 E&P companies, oilfield service and equipment providers, midstream and downstream companies, and oil and gas industry consultants.
A total of 24 firms received the minimum number of evaluations required to be included in this report. Susman Godfrey received the maximum rating for total overall customer service satisfaction. Susman Godfrey also received the maximum rating in customer satisfaction in the areas of energy litigation and dispute resolution.
