Susman Godfrey Ranked #1 on the Associates 2007 Survey: Job Satisfaction
On August 1, 2007, The American Lawyer published its Associates Survey. The associate job satisfaction survey ranked Susman Godfrey #1 in the nation in the smaller firm category and #2 in the nation compared to firms of all sizes.
Associates gave Susman Godfrey especially high marks for interesting and satisfying work, high quality work, level of responsibility, client contact, associate relations, and openness about firm finances. This approach teaches lawyers responsibility for clients, cases, and the firm, and explains why the firm received such high marks in The American Lawyer's associate job satisfaction survey.
