Lindsey N. Godfrey
Overview

Ms. Godfrey first joined Susman Godfrey as an associate in 2002. From 2004-2009, Ms. Godfrey worked in-house as RealNetworks, Inc.'s Litigation Attorney, managing a wide range of lawsuits in state and federal court, with a focus on music copyright and patent disputes. She also served as a member of the team that obtained a landmark antitrust settlement from Microsoft Corporation on behalf of RealNetworks in 2005. In October of 2009 Ms. Godfrey happily rejoined the firm.
