Mr. Seth has successfully litigated against and settled complex multi-million dollar infringement disputes Fortune 500 companies, and now works exclusively on Susman Godfrey's patent infringement cases.

Mr. Seth has built his reputation particularly in representing clients in asymmetric infringement disputes in which he has had to garner the resources of his clients against parties with much greater resources. Mr. Seth recently tried a copyright infringement case involving western jewelry in which he secured an award of statutory damages and injunction on behalf of his client. He has also recently secured licensing arrangements with major nationally recognized power tool manufacturers on behalf of two of his clients, resolving one of these disputes without any litigation.

Prior to attending law school, Mr. Seth attended the University of Texas at Austin where he obtained a Bachelors of Science degree in Aerospace Engineering. He then joined Martin Marietta Corporation (now Lockheed Martin) where he was a space flight hardware and software test engineer.
