WILLIAM R. H. MERRILL, born New Haven, Connecticut; admitted to bar, May, 1999, Texas.

He has represented major players, like TransCanada, El Paso and Lyondell, as well as small entrepreneurs and government entities in both plaintiff and defense cases.
