Did You Know?

You don't need a jury consultant to get an up-to-date, representative sample of potential jurors for a mock trial or focus group.  Just send a legal assistant to the courthouse to pick up the list of last month's jury venire.


We're Moving. 

But we won't go far.  Starting October 17, 2005, the Dallas office of Susman Godfrey L.L.P. climbs ten floors to Suite 5100 in the Bank of America Plaza.  The move will accommodate growth over the next decade.


Hot Lunch

Lawsuits that accuse companies of shorting employees on pay and benefits have become common in the last few years.  A famous early example pitted "temporary" workers against Microsoft.  The workers claimed that Microsoft improperly excluded them from its employee stock purchase program.
