Kalpana Srinivasan also honored by Chambers USA with the Gender Diversity Lawyer of the Year Award.
Associate Alejandra Salinas has been awarded the Future Leader – LGBT+ Equality Award by Chambers USA as part of its 2019 Diversity and Inclusion Awards. A true diversity and inclusion pioneer for the legal profession, Salinas is recognized for empowering women and giving a voice to underrepresented communities.
Salinas is a leader at Susman Godfrey and has been instrumental in recruiting women associates to the firm, including women who are diverse and LGBT. In 2017, Alejandra was named one of Houston’s 2017 “Top Women in Law” by The National Diversity Council.
Also honored during the award ceremony was Kalpana Srinivasan, who received the evening’s Gender Diversity Lawyer of the Year Award.
