Los Angeles Daily Journal Names Kalpana Srinivasan Among Top Women Lawyers in California for the Fourth Year in a Row

The Los Angeles Daily Journal has named Los Angeles Partner Kalpana Srinivasan among the 100 Top Women Lawyers in California for the fourth year in a row.

The annual Daily Journal list of Top Women Lawyers in California, which has been running for over ten years, highlights “women lawyers who have made a difference to their clients, their firms, their profession.” The women named to the list are some of the most accomplished female attorneys in California today, representing excellence in private practice, corporate counsel and public interest law.

In 2018, Srinivasan served as co-lead counsel to HouseCanary in a trade secrets, fraud, and breach of contract case against Title Source, Inc. where she secured a unanimous jury verdict valued and finalized by the court at $740 million.  This verdict will appear on both the National Law Journal’s Top Verdicts of 2018” list as well as Texas Lawyer’s “2018 Top Verdicts” list (both set to be released later this year) and is also the largest verdict in Susman Godfrey’s history. She also serves as Court-appointed co-lead class counsel on behalf of consumers impacted by anticompetitive conduct in the modem chips market in what some are calling the largest class action in history, In re: Qualcomm Patent Licensing Antitrust Litigation

This honor comes on the heels of Srinivasan being named a 2019 Titan of the Plaintiff’s Bar by Law360, an honor given to only ten lawyers nationally.
