Overview
Abbey joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for the Hon. Marjorie O. Rendell on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit and the Hon. Lee H. Rosenthal on the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Texas. Abbey graduated from Duke Law School, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Duke Law Journal and was a member of the Moot Court Board. She participated in the Children’s Law Clinic and the Appellate Litigation Clinic, where she successfully argued an appeal in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit. She earned her undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, and served as a student representative on the Georgetown University Board of Directors.
