Overview
Abby Flanigan joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Julie Rikelman of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the First Circuit and Judge Arun Subramanian of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. She graduated from Columbia Law School, where she served as an Essays Editor for the Columbia Law Review and won best brief in the Harlan Fiske Stone Moot Court competition. Before law school, Abby worked as a research librarian at the University of Virginia. She earned her undergraduate degree in piano performance from the University of Illinois and a master’s degree in library science from the University of North Carolina.
