Overview
Amanda Fischer joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge John M. Walker, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Mary Kay Vyskocil of the Southern District of New York. Before clerking, Amanda was a litigation associate at another leading firm. Amanda graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from New York University School of Law, where she served as the Senior Articles Editor of the New York University Law Review.
Prior to attending law school, Amanda worked in the executive office of an international contemporary art gallery. She holds an undergraduate degree in art history magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa from New York University College of Arts & Science, where she was the recipient of the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in the Humanities.
