Anna has litigated over a dozen patent infringement cases at U.S. District Courts, the ITC and the PTAB. Her cases span various technology fields, including semiconductors, circuit designs, telecommunications, home appliances, smart devices, gaming machines, lithium-ion batteries, and anti-virus systems.
Anna frequently interfaces with clients regarding case strategies. Representative clients include TCL, China Star Optoelectronics Technology (CSOT), and ROHM Semiconductor. Anna previously settled a patent case for TCL involving telecommunication standards against a major patent plaintiff, following favorable Markman rulings and multiple successes with PTAB proceedings.
