Overview
Bianca Rey joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Richard A. Paez of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and Judge Jon S. Tigar of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. Before clerking, Bianca was a litigation associate at a New York City law firm.
Bianca is a graduate of the Yale Law School, where she served as an Editor-in-Chief of the Yale Journal of Law & Feminism and a Director of the Medical Legal Partnership at the HAVEN Free Clinic. As a member of the Worker and Immigrant Rights Advocacy Clinic, she represented detained clients in class action habeas litigation in the District of Massachusetts and the Court of Appeals for the First Circuit. She also served on the executive boards of First Generation Professionals and OutLaws.
Bianca graduated cum laude from Yale University with distinction in Global Affairs.
