Bobby Greenfeld focuses his practice on patent and trade secret litigation. His experience includes all aspects of litigation in federal district and appellate courts, the US International Trade Commission, and New York state courts, as well as patent prosecution. He has litigated and prosecuted matters covering a broad range of technologies, including telecommunications, semiconductors, consumer electronics, software systems and databases, medical imaging, surgical instruments, business methods and e-commerce, mechanical systems, biologics, pharmaceuticals (Hatch-Waxman), photography and xerography, chemicals, and bioengineering.
Bobby is registered to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (PTO) and has deep experience in all aspects of PTO practice. He has pursued numerous PTO appeals and has played a key role in several interferences. Bobby has also been involved in post-grant review proceedings, including ex parte reexaminations, inter partes reviews, and covered business method proceedings.
Prior to law school, Bobby worked at AT&T Bell Laboratories developing undersea and land-based long-distance telecommunications systems.
