Overview
Caroline Pignatelli focuses her practice on commercial litigation and commercial and international arbitration. She has handled a range of complex commercial disputes across various sectors, such as post-acquisition disputes, venture capital disputes, bankruptcy litigation matters as well as disputes concerning joint ventures and long-term cooperation agreements.
Caroline also has experience in complex domestic and international arbitration disputes, including commercial, investment-treaty and mass arbitration, as well as challenging arbitral awards in US Courts under the Federal Arbitration Act.
Caroline has maintained an active pro bono practice including contributing to amicus briefs in cases filed before the U.S. Supreme Court and Circuit Courts. Caroline serves on The Legal Aid Society’s New Leadership Program Board. Prior to joining Susman Godfrey, Caroline was Special Counsel at another global law firm
