Overview
Charlotte joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge John G. Koeltl on the United District Court for the Southern District of New York. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where she was an Articles Editor on the Harvard Law Review and research assistant for Professor William B. Rubenstein, and interned at the New York State Attorney General Office.
Charlotte prides herself on getting into the weeds of every case, whether it be the intricacies of a technology, a financial market, or an international legal system. And she’s well placed to do so: her previous experience spans from investment banking to the tech sector. In her time at Susman Godfrey, Charlotte has argued and won dispositive and discovery motions, taken expert depositions, tried a bellwether energy case, and shepherded key filings involving dozens of lawyers.
Charlotte received her undergraduate degree from Columbia in Economics and History.
