Overview
Dan Duhaime joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Deborah L. Cook of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and Judge Kiyo A. Matsumoto of the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of New York. He previously practiced at Sullivan & Cromwell LLP. Mr. Duhaime graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from Georgetown University Law Center, where he was a member of the American Criminal Law Review, the Appellate Advocacy Division of the Barristers’ Council (Moot Court), and the Appellate Courts Immersion Clinic. He received his undergraduate degree with honors from Brown University.
