Overview
Daniel represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining the Firm, Daniel worked as an associate and contract attorney in various matters including antitrust, securities litigation, white collar criminal law, and eminent domain. Daniel joined Susman Godfrey in 2018. Daniel earned his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he was a lead article editor for Stanford Law and Policy Review.
Daniel is fluent in Spanish.
