Overview
Eleanor joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge M. Margaret McKeown of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Before clerking, she served in the Office of Secretary Gina Raimondo at the U.S. Department of Commerce. She graduated from Yale Law School, where she was a founding member of the Technology Accountability & Competition Project.
She is a co-author of Genesis: Artificial Intelligence, Hope, and the Human Spirit, alongside Henry Kissinger, Eric Schmidt, and Craig Mundie. She is a term member of the Council on Foreign Relations, a David Rockefeller Fellow with the Trilateral Commission, and a member of the National Committee on U.S.-China Relations.
