Elise Miller

Elise represents both plaintiffs and defendants in commercial litigation. Prior to joining Susman Godfrey, Elise was a postgraduate fellow in the Transportation Division of the Texas Attorney General’s Office, which represents the Texas Department of Transportation in all litigation matters, including condemnation, employment, and tort. While in law school, she was a judicial intern for the State Office of Administrative Hearings. Elise graduated from the University of Texas School of Law in May 2016, where she was a Notes Editor on the Texas Journal on Civil Liberties and Civil Rights and served on the Interscholastic Mock Trial Team.
