Eve Levin rejoined Susman Godfrey after serving as a Bristow Fellow in the Office of the Solicitor General, United States Department of Justice, where she assisted with Supreme Court litigation on behalf of the federal government.  Previously, she served as a law clerk to Chief Judge Sri Srinivasan of the United States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit and Judge J. Paul Oetken of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.

At Columbia Law School, Ms. Levin received multiple named prizes, including the Ruth Bader Ginsburg prize for having earned James Kent academic honors in each of her three years, the Samuel I. Rosenman Prize for academic excellence in public law courses and outstanding qualities and leadership, the Charles Bathgate Beck Prize in recognition of her performance in Property Law, as well as Best in Class awards in Administrative Law and Property.  During that time, she served as the Symposium Chair and an Online Editor of the Columbia Law Review, and was a member of Columbia’s award-winning Jessup International Moot Court team. She holds an A.B. in History from Princeton University.
