Overview
Hayden joined the firm after clerking for Judge Greg G. Guidry on the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana and Judge Edith Brown Clement on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit.
Hayden attended Louisiana State University and, after being recognized as one of the school’s “outstanding political science majors,” graduated with honors. Then, he earned his J.D. from the Tulane University School of Law. While there, he served on the Tulane Law Review as well as the mock trial team. In his final year, Hayden was a named winner in the school’s annual trial competition and, at graduation, received the Dean’s Medal.
When he’s free, Hayden spends his time woodworking, doing anything outdoorsy, and wrangling his two kids alongside his wife, Maddie.
