Houston represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of civil litigation, with a particular interest in data privacy class actions. Prior to joining Susman Godfrey in May of 2022, Houston worked as a fellow at the Electronic Frontier Foundation where he worked on anti-surveillance and digital civil liberties litigation. Houston received his law degree from the University of California, Irvine School of Law.
