Overview
John Priddy joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Alison J. Nathan on the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and Judge Randolph D. Moss on the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. He earned his law degree from Stanford Law School, where he was a finalist and won best brief in the Marion Rice Kirkwood Moot Court Competition. He was also a member of the Supreme Court Litigation Clinic, a notes editor on the Stanford Law Review, and a teaching assistant for criminal law.
Before law school, John graduated with distinction from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland as a recipient of the Bobby Jones Scholarship, earning a Master of Letters in Legal and Constitutional Studies with an emphasis on Legal History. John received his B.A., summa cum laude, in Political Science and History from Emory University, where he was Student Body President, competed with the Emory Mock Trial team at the national competition three times, and received departmental awards in both majors.
