Overview
Kate represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Susman Godfrey, Kate worked as the policy director of a non-profit and did contracts work for the State of Texas. Kate earned her law degree from the University of Texas School of Law in May of 2020.
