Ms. Keller has enjoyed a varied civil litigation practice, representing clients involved in disputes ranging from premises and products liability defense, to commercial/contract disputes, securities and commodities litigation, antitrust actions, class actions, derivative litigation, and trademark infringement. She has practiced extensively in both state and federal courts and has tried cases to verdicts in both court systems.

Obtained a favorable opinion from the U.S. Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals in an action to enjoin trademark infringement. Pennzoil-Quaker State Co. v. Miller Oil & Gas Operations, 779 F.3d 290 (5th Cir. 2015).

Obtained order affirming summary judgment granted in a products case after exclusion of the plaintiffs’ tire expert. Jones v. Pennzoil-Quaker State, Co., No. 14-10-00703-CV, 2011 Tex. App. LEXIS 7423 (Tex. App.—Houston [14th Dist.] Sept. 13, 2011).
