Overview
Meredith “Merry” Harrison represents clients in a wide range of complex litigation matters in state and federal courts. She excels at connecting small details to big picture litigation goals and is a meticulous and strategic advocate for her clients.
Prior to joining Susman Godfrey, she attained favorable results for clients on both sides of the docket, including winning a preliminary injunction on behalf of an entertainment industry client in a trademark case, winning summary judgment motions in a partnership and trademark dispute, favorably settling numerous medical malpractice suits on behalf of plaintiffs, and obtaining certification of collective action on behalf of a class of oilfield workers. At Boston College Law School, she was voted best oral advocate in her class and as undergraduate at the University of Texas at Austin, she was a four-time national champion public speaker.
