Overview
Michael joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Chief Judge Priscilla Richman of the Fifth Circuit. Before clerking, he graduated with highest honors from the University of Texas School of Law, where he served as Executive Editor of the Texas Review of Law & Politics and was named Grand Chancellor for the class of 2023—a title given to the student with the highest GPA. Michael received the Dean’s Achievement Award—given to the outstanding student in the course—in six of his law classes.
Prior to law school, Michael worked as a management consultant. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Missouri.
