Overview
Richard represents plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Richard joined Susman Godfrey after graduating from SMU Dedman School of Law in May of 2022. While in law school, Richard served as a judicial intern for two federal district judges, a legal intern for the Cato Institute’s Robert A. Levy Center for Constitutional Studies, and a law clerk for a law firm. He also served as an articles editor for the SMU Law Review and a student attorney for the SMU First Amendment Clinic.
