NOTABLE LITIGATION EXPERIENCE
Clients have recognized Shauli for his “incredible work” and “leadership,” saying that Shauli “impressed us very much.”
In Sony Pictures Television, et al. v. CBS Studios Inc., (L.A. Super. Ct.), Shauli represented Sony in a lawsuit over CBS’s distribution of the iconic game shows Jeopardy! and Wheel of Fortune. In addition, Shauli’s recently recovered over $20.5 million representing a qui tam False Claims Act relator, spearheaded dispositive motion briefing for a Fortune 10 company, and secured key admissions from an international corporation’s designated corporate representative at deposition. Shauli has also handled the full spectrum of motion practice, including successfully seeking and opposing emergency relief applications in both trial and appellate courts, drafting merits briefs in the court of appeals, and producing winning results in his general motion practice.
Shauli is now representing international retailer, Walmart Inc., as plaintiff against dozens of generic pharmaceutical manufacturers, in one of the largest antitrust MDLs ever. Read more about that case in Bloomberg Law.
