Overview
Tyler joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Stephen A. Higginson of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit and Judge Andrea R. Wood of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Illinois.
Tyler graduated cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as an Articles Editor on the Harvard Law Review and earned Dean’s Scholar Prizes in multiple classes, including Property and International Arbitration. Before law school, Tyler taught high school English in Houston, Texas, through Teach For America and worked in general management at McMaster-Carr, a leading industrial supply company.
Tyler holds a B.A. from the University of Oxford and an M.A. from Columbia University.
