Winston Luo

Winston Luo joined Susman Godfrey after clerking for Judge Richard G. Taranto of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.  He graduated from Harvard Law School, where he served as a submissions manager for the Harvard Journal of Law & Technology and interned at the United States Attorney’s Office in Boston in the Cyber Crime Unit and the Securities and Financial Fraud Unit.

Before law school, Winston developed high-frequency trading algorithms at Hudson River Trading in New York.  He is a long-time problem writer for the American Regions Math League and North Suburban Math League math competitions.  He holds both a master’s degree in applied mathematics and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics from Harvard.

Originally from the Chicago suburbs, Winston now lives in Seattle with his wife.
