Barry Barnett Elected to 2011-2012 Board of Trustees for Center for American and International Law

The Center for American and International Law has elected Barry Barnett of Susman Godfrey L.L.P. in Dallas to The Center’s 2011-2012 Board of Trustees.

The Center is an international nonprofit educational institution dedicated to improving the quality of justice through continuing education to lawyers and law enforcement officials in the United States and throughout the world. Tens of thousands of lawyers and law enforcement officers from all 50 states and 130 countries have participated in programs of The Center. Since its founding in 1947, The Center has earned a reputation for excellence in education.

Mr. Barnett’s practice has focused during his quarter-century at Susman Godfrey on highstakes commercial litigation. Mr. Barnett also serves as a Trustee of the Greenhill School, Life Fellow of the Texas Bar Foundation, and Elected Member of the American Law Institute.
