Five lawyers from Susman Godfrey have been selected as winners of the National Law Journal’s first ever Rising Stars of the Plaintiffs Bar as part of its Elite Trial Lawyers recognition. No other firm has more winners on the inaugural list, which recognizes “up-and-comers in the plaintiffs’ bar. The five recognized lawyers are:

Cory Buland (Partner, New York)

Jesse-Justin Cuevas (Associate, Los Angeles)

Mark Musico (Partner, New York)

Krysta Kauble Pachman (Partner, Los Angeles)

Nick Spear (Associate, Los Angeles)

National Law Journal selected lawyers who have “demonstrated repeated success in cutting-edge work on behalf of plaintiffs over the last 18 months [and] possess a solid track record of client wins over the past three to five years.”

In addition to the five Rising Star winners, the firm is also shortlisted in the following categories: Business Torts, Government Representation, Pharmaceutical Litigation and Diversity Initiative. Winners in these categories will be announced and Rising Stars will be recognized at an event in New York City on July 29th.
