Rohit Nath, Nick Spear, Halley Josephs and Glenn Bridgman Profiled by Daily Journal for Pro Bono Work Keeping Thousands of Tenants in Their Homes During Rent Moratorium

Newly elected partners Rohit NathNick Spear and Halley Josephs and Partner Glenn Bridgman have been profiled by the Los Angeles Daily Journal for their pro bono work defending city and county eviction moratoriums in four cases in the Central, Northern, and Southern Districts of California.

Thanks to these lawyers’ efforts, an estimated 800,000 vulnerable tenants across California have been able to maintain their housing during the pandemic. In total these four lawyers have donated over 1,170 hours of pro bono work towards these cases, resulting in a remarkable and unbroken string of victories in the district and circuit courts.
