Shawn Rabin is Named an Employment Law Trailblazer by National Law Journal

New York partner, Shawn Rabin, has been named a 2020 Employment Law Trailblazer by the National Law Journal.  In the feature, NLJ recognizes lawyers who have, “made an impact in their sector through new types of strategies or innovative court cases.”

Rabin is a go-to defense-side employment lawyer with litigation victories that include eliminating a billion-dollar exposure after a three-month wage and hour trial, a full defense verdict in a bet-the-company jury trial involving exempt classification, and resolution of countless non-compete cases across the country.

Because Rabin has a proven track record of winning cases on the plaintiff side in other complex areas, he has been retained by many industry leaders to defend them in employment litigation across the country.  Because of his knowledge of Plaintiff-side litigation, Rabin is able to devise unique strategies in his employment cases that are unlike the expected defense tactics in this practice area and regularly secures favorable outcomes for his clients.
