Steve Susman featured in D Magazine Article about “The Vanishing Jury Trial”

Firm founder, Steve Susman, was quoted prominently this week in a feature for D Magazine called “The Jury Is Out”, a story about what Susman refers to as “The Vanishing Jury Trial.”  The article discusses a new book, “On the Jury Trial,” co-authored by Dallas lawyer Tom Melsheimer and Dallas judge Craig Smith, which is generating a buzz in legal circles.
