The National Law Journal Names Partner Max Tribble a 2018 “Litigation Trailblazer”

The National Law Journal has named Susman Godfrey Houston partner, Max Tribble, a 2018 Litigation Trailblazers.

In recognizing Tribble, the National Law Journal notes his 2018 landmark jury verdict of $706.2 million for real estate analytics company HouseCanary in a misappropriation of trade secret, fraud and breach of contract case against Title Source.  Tribble was lead counsel for HouseCanary and first chair at the 7-week trial where there was a unanimous 12-0 jury verdict in his favor.  Tribble has served as lead counsel at trial for Fractus S.A. in a trial against Samsung, where he prevailed with a $38 million verdict and for Two-Way Media at trial against AT&T where he secured a $40 million award for his client.

The National Law Journal’s  list recognizes lawyers who make their mark in the various aspects of litigation work. Of the hundreds of nominees submitted, those selected are lawyers who share a common thread of “deep passion and perseverance in pursuit of their respective missions, having received remarkable success along the way.”
