Forbes’ “elite cohort of lawyers from all 50 states” are considered the “finest attorneys in private practice from across all 50 states.” The group was selected by an editorial team who “identified a wide pool of eligible candidates through hundreds of interviews with industry insiders.”

She is currently serving as co-lead counsel to The New York Times in a groundbreaking copyright infringement action alleging that Microsoft and OpenAI illegally used millions of articles to train ChatGPT. She was also appointed to serve as Court-appointed Liaison Counsel for all News Plaintiffs suing MS/OpenAI.
