Susman Godfrey Co-Managing Partner Kalpana Srinivasan and Partner Davida Brook have been named to Forbes 2026 America’s Top Lawyers list.
In 2026 Srinivasan served as co-lead counsel for HouseCanary in a trade secret and fraud trial that resulted in a $175 million jury verdict. She also helped secure a jury verdict for Yale University and Biohaven Therapeutics in a trade secret dispute involving RA Capital Management and Avilar Therapeutics.
In July, serving as co-lead counsel, Brook secured a $120 million settlement for a certified class of survivors in litigation against Pornhub’s parent company, subject to court approval. She also serves as court-appointed Liaison Counsel for all News Plaintiffs in the consolidated multidistrict litigation, In re OpenAI and as co-lead counsel to The New York Times in its copyright litigation against OpenAI and Microsoft.
