“Bryan Caforio is the best trial lawyer I’ve ever worked with. He masterfully guided the litigation strategy from start to finish and put together a diverse team that emphatically outsmarted and outworked opposing counsel at every step. Bryan promised that our bet-the-company litigation would be his top priority – he delivered on his word and achieved a total victory that far exceeded our expectations! We bet right when we hired Bryan and SG.”

LITIGATION HIGHLIGHTS
Caforio previously secured one of the biggest trial wins in the country: a $330 million Final Award for his client after completing a full arbitration hearing. In a turbo-charged case that went to trial less than six months after filing the complaint, Caforio delivered the opening statement and closing argument at trial and deftly led the SG team to obtain a complete victory on behalf of his client, one of the largest independent power producers in the country.
Recently, in conjunction with the Los Angeles City Attorney, Caforio filed a “historic” and “landmark” lawsuit on behalf of the People of the State of California against Stake.us, its owners, and its partners for allegedly operating or aiding an illegal gambling enterprise in California.
In addition to handling cases at the trial level, Caforio has also had success on appeal, including obtaining a 3-0 decision from California’s 4th District Court of Appeal reversing the Superior Court’s grant of summary judgment on his client’s $400 million fraud and misrepresentation claims.
