Jeff David is an intellectual property and commercial litigator with more than twenty years of experience representing clients on both the plaintiff and defendant sides of high-stakes disputes. His practice spans the full spectrum of IP law, including patent, trademark, and copyright litigation and prosecution, as well as complex commercial and constitutional matters.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and earned his law degree from Cornell Law School. He is admitted to practice in Texas and Illinois, and is registered before the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
