Overview
Kiley represents both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of commercial litigation matters. Prior to joining Susman Godfrey, Kiley was an associate at a civil litigation firm, where she represented clients in various commercial litigation and real estate-related matters. Kiley joined Susman Godfrey in the spring of 2026. She earned her law degree from the University of Houston Law Center in May of 2025. During law school, Kiley was a Senior Notes and Comments Editor for the Houston Business & Tax Law Journal, a Legal Writing Fellow, and a Teaching Assistant. Before law school, Kiley graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor of Science and Arts in Biology and a minor in Philosophy.
