Amanda Bonn has been named a Litigation Trailblazer by the National Law Journal in its annual compilation of lawyers who have, “taken extra measures to contribute to positive outcomes” and who are, “true agents of change.”
2020 has been a banner year for Bonn, who has secured multiple landmark wins in nationally followed cases. This includes securing a precedent-setting insurance litigation win for NBCUniversal at the Ninth Circuit, racking up pre-trial victories in the District Court on remand, and obtaining a landmark $116 million qui tam settlement on behalf of California political subdivisions against AT&T, Verizon, and others for overcharging their government customers for wireless services.
Most recently, Bonn was hired as co-lead counsel to defend Vitol, an international energy and commodity trading company, against the California Attorney General’s antitrust complaint concerning gasoline prices.
