The National Law Journal has named Los Angeles Partner, Kalpana Srinivasan, among the “Intellectual Property Trailblazers” in their fourth annual compilation industry leaders.
The list recognizing lawyers who make their mark in the areas of patent, copyright, trademark and trade secret law; each showing passion and determination in pursuit of their respective missions, having achieved significant success along the way.
In recognizing Srinivasan, the National Law Journal notes her precedent-setting, noteworthy IP work. This includes leading efforts to secure a settlement, subject to court approval, valued at more than $112 million in past and future royalties in the copyright class action, Ferrick v. Spotify; and serving as lead counsel for and securing a settlement valued at $73 million for 1970’s rock group and a certified class of recording owners they represented in Flo & Eddie v. SiriusXM.
