Kalpana Srinivasan, co-managing partner of Susman Godfrey, has been named a 2024 Top Plaintiff Lawyer in California by the Daily Journal. As recognized by the Daily Journal: , “Srinivasan has established herself as a go-to litigator for bet-the-company cases, particularly those involving complex technology. ”Most recently she won a $65.7 million jury verdict after a four-day trial on behalf of Paltalk Holdings, a global communications software innovator, in a patent infringement lawsuit against Cisco Systems in the Western District of Texas.
Just a few months ago, Ms. Srinivasan secured a court judgment confirming a nearly $160 million arbitral award on behalf of mortgage technology servicing client, Black Knight, against loan provider, PennyMac for its misuse of confidential information. The award followed a nearly two-month arbitration in Jacksonville, Florida in 2023.
