Associate Michael Adamson has been shortlisted by Los Angeles Business Journal for its Rising Star honor as part of its annual Leaders in Law Awards. The Leaders in Law Awards recognize the achievements of leading Attorneys and firms within the Los Angeles business community.
Adamson litigates cases in both Federal and State Courts across the country and has secured victories for his clients in a diverse cross-section of commercial disputes, including class action, patent, trade secret, unfair competition, environmental torts, and breach of contract. Recently he has been litigating on behalf of thousands of putative class members in multiple breach-of-contract cases against major life insurance carriers. Previously, after defending KBR in a four-week trade secret misappropriation trial, the case settled for a tiny fraction of the tens of millions in damages asserted – a huge win for KBR.
