Partners Ian  Gore, Tamar Lusztig, and Marc Seltzer have been included om Lawdragon’s inaugural Lawdragon 500 Leading Global Antitrust & Competition Lawyers list. Recognized for “parrying for an equal playing field for corporates and consumers worldwide,” these three lawyers have played key roles in helping to secure outstanding results for the firm’s clients in groundbreaking antitrust cases.

Mr. Seltzer and Mr. Gore represented, together with other members of our firm and our co-lead counsel, the  class plaintiffs at the trial of the  In re NFL “Sunday Ticket” Antitrust Litigation where the plaintiffs won a $4.7 billion jury verdict in a lawsuit against the NFL (the fifth-largest jury verdict in U.S. history and largest antitrust verdict ever). The trial court vacated the damages verdict on a post-trial motion, while leaving untouched the jury’s determination that the NFL violated two different provisions of the Sherman Act. The case is currently on appeal.

Ms. Lusztig currently represents the City of Baltimore and a certified class of municipalities and other issuers in a $12 billion antitrust dispute against numerous major banks related to their price-fixing of bond rates. This litigation is ongoing.

Also in 2024, Mr. Seltzer led the firm’s efforts in negotiating and securing Court approval of settlements exceeding $1 billion on behalf of home sellers nationwide with the National Association of Realtors and some of the largest national real estate brokerages, including HomeServices, Keller Williams, Anywhere, Compass, and RE/MAX.
