Benchmark identified Susman Godfrey partners as finalists in two key categories. These are:
- Jacob Buchdahl – Finalist, General Commercial Litigator of the Year
- Erica Harris – Finalist, Environmental Litigator of the Year
This announcement comes at the close of 2025, Susman Godfrey’s second most profitable year on record and a year when the firm pursued landmark litigation challenging an Executive Order issued by the Administration. The announcement also comes just weeks after Susman Godfrey was named Law Firm of the Year by The American Lawyer.
