HOUSTON AND DALLAS (September 8, 2015) — Nineteen partners with boutique litigation firm Susman Godfrey have been selected to the 2015 Texas Super Lawyers List. Combined with the three partners who made this year’s Rising Stars list, 65% of the Texas Partnership was recognized by Super Layers this year.
Super Lawyers
Each year, no more than five percent of lawyers in the state are selected by the Super Lawyers research team to receive this honor. This year’s honorees, who have all been on this list before, include partners Barry Barnett, Ophelia Camina, Joseph Grinstein, Erica Harris, Geoffrey Harrison, Alex Kaplan, Kenneth Marks, Eric Mayer, Brian Melton, Terrell Oxford, Thomas Paterson, Trey Peacock, Shawn Raymond, Mary Sammons, Harry Susman, Stephen Susman, Max Tribble and Mark Wawro. Of this group, Barnett, Camina, Harrison, Manne, Oxford, Patterson, S. Susman, Tribble and Wawro have all been appeared for over ten consecutive years.
Rising Stars
For this recognition, no more than 2.5 percent of lawyers in the state under the age of 40, with less than 10 years of practice, are selected by the Super Lawyers research team to receive this honor. Those recognized in 2015 include Matthew Behncke, John Lahad, Chanler Langham, Ashley McMillian, David Peterson and Robert Safi.
Nearly 65% of Texas partnership recognized
Rising Stars Chanler Langham, David Peterson and Robert Safif with the nineteen partners listed as Super Lawyers, that brings the total number of Texas partners recognized to 22 out of 34 partners that are listed, or nearly two out of every three Texas partners.
